Last Chance TCP Tuesday

It's the very last Tuesday of the Month and my last chance to get you all motivated for the May TCP Tuesday Challenge before it goes bye-bye at the end of the Month.

This month's challenge is all about KISS. Keeping it simple, Silly. Lots of white space, not a lot of embellishments. You know the drill. It's all about the design of the card and letting the elements of the card speak for themselves.

Next, Monday, I will be announcing the winner of the challenge and on Tuesday, a brand spanking new challenge.

So let's see what The Cat Pack has done with this challenge.

Kimberly Gajewski creates this trendy card using our Talk to Me CutUps and our Small Sayings Stamp set. I just love the paper pairing in this card and the simple use of embellishments

Nancy Thomas creates the perfect masculine card for this challenge. KISS challenges are all about letting the message and each element on the card shine. And Nancy does that, with this wonderful card using the Mustaches CutUps and the Commemorating You stamp set.

I've got my eye on Noelle McAdams. This uber graphic card is whimsical and so clever! She uses the  Glasses CutUps. The Coolvetica Alpha to create the word "eye" and the heart and sentiment from Admit One. She also used the Big Scallop CutUp. Super swanky!

Now,  get out your stamps and dies and PLAY you could win a selection of dies and stamps from our next release! Next Tuesday there will be a NEW challenge!

Blog Hop

Happy Release Day! Are you as excited about our new release as I am? I hope so.

If you have come for the Blog Hop, you are in the right place. I am the starting point for this hop! Just follow the link at the end of this post and hop along to the next blog to see what trouble... er, I mean, TCP goodness The Cat Packers have stamped up for you.

Here is my card using Travelin' Man and Summer Sentiments AND Small Sayings. I also snuck in the cloud from the Talk to Me CutUps. I did some fancy paper piecing and I just love how this card turned out. The Summer Sentiments are perfect to use for Subway Art to create a simple and graphic card. This card was so fun and easy to make.

After I paper pieced the card, I added some liquid applique to the exhaust and curled just one corner of the banner. I really like the extra dimension it gives.

Hope you like it.

Now on to Susan! She always surprises and delights. And I'm sure she will today.

Summer Sayings

It's the LAST Day of Sneaky Peek Week. That went fast, no? So, today we are showcasing our very last stamp set, "Summer Sentiments".

"Summer Sentiments" is part of our May Release available on May 21. "Summer Sentiments" is also part of the "Subway Series". "Words of Love" was the first, "Summer Sentiments"is the second. It's perfect set of words and graphics for Summer vacation scrapbooks and cards.

Like "Words of Love" the sayings can be stacked or used separately. "Summer Sentiments" is packed with fun graphics and words and phrases, just perfect for the season

Now on to the cards.

Kimberly Gajewski creates a sunny, fresh card with "Summer Sentiments" and our NEW Glasses CutUps. She stacks the works and graphics, this way and that and comes up with a fresh, nautical background.

Here is a card from Nancy Thomas that takes the scenic route. She pairs the set with our New Luggage Tags CutUps and the Heart from our Pinwheel CutUps. Heart marks the spot where our loved ones are, or our favorite place.

Nancy Thomas stamps up another fresh and fun card! I'm loving the colors in this card! It's perfect to announce the coming of Summer. Or you can place that tag on a scrapbook page as a pretty embellishment.

Sneaky Peek #6

Sneaky Peek #6
Small Sentiments

Cat Packer Extraordinaire, Susan Liles, a while back asked for a series of small sentiments to use on Scrapbook pages and cards. So when another Cat Packer, Tracy Falco, (who is also pretty darn extraordinary herself, suggested word balloons for dies, I knew that the two were a match made in heaven.

So today, we are showcasing "Small Sayings". "Small Sayings" is part of our May Release available on May 21. You can use "Small Sayings" stamped by itself or with the "Talk to Me" CutUps. And like all of our dies, you can also use the dies with the stamps, or by themselves.

Now onto the cards.

Here is Susan Liles' uber trendy card. Not only is she using the "Small Sentiments" set, and "Talk to Me" CutUps, but also the third CutUps in our May Release, "Glasses". Remember the saying "Boys don't make passes at girls that wear glasses"? Well, I am glad to say that glasses are a serious fashion accessory now. This CutUps was fashioned after my very own pair of frosty pink glasses that I wore in the third to fifth grade.

Noelle McAdams has a great idea to make a simple, yet stunning Birthday card. LOVING all the bits of shinies! They really make the starburst from the "Small Sayings" set, and "Talk to Me" CutUps, sing! Can you say that five times fast?

And, speaking of stunning, how about this card by Cindy Major? She had paper that used to make the perfect background and then created this little patch work cutie.

Want to see more? Check out Swanky Stamper, Emma Hubert! This card is what I was thinking of when I created this stamp set. And, also Julie Masse. She makes stamps from the "Talk to Me" CutUps dies and then spatters the ink she used on the card for a really bright and cheery card. So awesome!

Sneaky Peek #5

Sneaky Peek #5
Aim High

Guess who is shooting for the stars? That's right, the long-eared bunny is back and taking a little ride on a rocket! He's perfect for people who know no bounds. AND, he is wonderful for celebrating the Fourth of July or Canada Day! Who knows what else he is good for.

He is part of a Stamp set with four different sentiments, "Aim High. "Aim High" is part of our May Release available on May 21.

Now onto the cards.

Kimberly Gajewski creates a wonderful card! Long-eared bunny soars to new heights. Simple doesn't have to mean boring. She mixes it up with our 3 x 3 Star CutUps

Emma Hubert flys high with her card. Lots of pretty papers and bling plus long-eared bunny equals a super cute card

Noelle McAdams created this pretty banner using this stamp set, our Star Rosette and the Pennants CutUps. What a winning banner for the winner in your life.

Sneaky Peek #4

Sneaky Peek #4
Reel Experts

The Penguins are Baack! Did you have doubts? These little guys are part of a set that contains these guys and four different sentiments. You can stamp them alone or together.

And, the beauty of this NEW stamp set is that there isn't much to color or paper piece, for those of us who like to stamp and go. "Reel Experts" is part of our May Release available on May 21.

Now onto the cards.

Remember what I said about stamping and going? Julie Masse is the master of clean and simple cards, and this one shows it off to perfection. Just a bit of paper tape, a dash of color and a bit of bling, and BAM. Instant, pretty card.

Wendy McGaffey does a bit of fussy cutting in this card. And the simple shapes of the penguins makes it easy. A little arrow from our New "Talk to Me" CutUps adds to the charm of this card

Nancy Thomas uses just two of the three Penguins for her card. The penguins look like they are having so much fun playing hooky and going to catch their dinner.

Sneaky Peek #3
Travelin' Man

Oh Boy, it's Wednesday! It's Day Three of Sneaky Peek Week and the Bunny is going on a road trip! To the beach, or camping, the Bunny is a-traveling! This sweet bunny is part of NEW stamp set, "Travelin' Man" and it's part of our May Release available on May 21. The big, bold, open spaces in this stamp make it so fun to paper piece or color.

Nancy Thomas rolls out another cutie! Her card is fresh and fun and the coloring is so pretty!

Noelle McAdams is on her way with this darling card! She paper pieces AND colors! I'm loving this card. She is also peeking one of our new CutUps, Talk to Me. It contains 6 dies, the arrow, thought balloon, speech balloon and more. You can use them by themselves or with the NEW set that we will be Sneaky Peeking later this week.

Lori Tecler trips the light fantastic with this sweet card. She combines "Travelin' Man" and the Talk to Me CutUps and our Grass CutUps to create this great scenic card.

Sneaky Peek #2

Sneaky Peek #2
What's Mew

Happy Wednesday! It's Day Two of Sneaky Peek Week and someone has been waiting a long time to say "Hello"! Or "Meow" as the case may be. Sprinkle is back and she is searching for love! Hope you have some to give. She is part of NEW stamp set, "What's Mew" and it's part of our May Release available on May 21. Now onto the cards.

Wendy McGaffey created this fantabulous card, stamping the bush over and over to get this lush effect. And, Sprinkle, the centerpiece.

Swanky Stamper Cindy Major gives us a bit of jungle love with this fun card. And not only do I see a Puddity Tat, but I spy a couple of our new CutUps Dies. Can you spot them?

Nancy Thomas stamps it like it is. With four different sentiments to choose from, this is a great "just because" set to paper piece and color.

Want to see more of "What's Mew"? Then head on over to Julie Masse, and Lori Tecler and Swanky Stamper, Emma Hubert and see what they have done with "What's Mew."
